Since 1958, the Bergen County Mastercraftsman Network has been a local, unafflilated group of painting and paperhanging tradespeople who devote themselves to excellence in the decorating trades.
We are independent contractors who, for years, have met monthly with various industry representatives in the interest of continuing education as well as keeping up to date with the many advancements in painting technology.
We have also shared our own expertise with manufacturers to help them formulate new products. Still we are old enough to value and maintain the old ways which have stood the test of time. Many of our members were classically trained in Europe before emigrating to the United States and are a continuing resource to our younger members.

Meetings are open to painters, wallcovering installers, decorative painters, retailers, designers, and manufacturing representatives. A modest fee of $10 is requested at the door to cover refreshment costs. Meetings are scheduled evenings on the fourth Tuesday of every month in Bergen County NJ. Since the summer months are usually our busiest time of year we don't meet in July and August.
